SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Requesting the United States                                         
Senate to move quickly to confirm all nominations by President                                      
George W. Bush to the United States Supreme Court, was read the                                     
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 706.                                 
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                               
12(JUD) Requesting the United States Senate to move quickly to a                                    
majority floor vote of the United States Senate on all nominations by                               
President George W. Bush to the United States Supreme Court, was
